• Special-order, custom, or clearance items

• Electrical components once opened

• Products returned without original packaging

• Product details

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping, freight, and handling charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
